Industry: Non-Profit Education & Youth Empowerment

Deliverables: Visual Design & Communications

"Empowering BIPOC Girls Through Multiplatform Visual Design."

EmpowHERto is a youth-focused nonprofit empowering young women of colour to redefine power, build meaningful alliances, and transform their lives. As Design Team Lead, I oversee the creation of visual assets across print, social media, Substack thumbnails, and slide decks, ensuring the organization's message reaches and resonates with its community. By leading design strategy and translating EmpowHERto's vision into cohesive, approachable visuals, I help rethink how BIPOC young women are supported and educated, making sure the designs reflect real-world skills, representation, and the experiences that matter to them.
