CueHealth

Industry: Digital Health/Health Technology (HealthTech)

Deliverables: Visual Identity & UI/UX Design

"Redesigning Ontario's Healthcare Experience Through
Human-Centred Digital Design."

Through the Prepr Foundation F.U.N. Program, I led the visual identity for CueHealth,
an AI-powered virtual care and queue management app connecting Ontario patients with clinics seamlessly, from symptom to results. I designed the logo, colour palette, typography, and moodboard to build a brand grounded in warmth and trust.
Deliberately distinct from the cold, clinical interfaces defining Ontario's eHealth landscape. As a team, we brought the brand to life across the app and landing page, working through wireframes, user flows, and UI/UX features in Figma using an agile, iterative process informed by competitor analysis and AI-assisted research.

Happy path, from triage to virtual queue.

CueHealth reinforced how brand identity and user experience are inseparable.
Every colour, type choice, and interaction had to earn trust before a patient ever touched the interface. Designing within a real agile team and a defined brief pushed me to think strategically, not just aesthetically. This project deepened my understanding of designing for sensitive, high-stakes contexts, where clarity and warmth aren't just nice to have, they're the whole brief.
