Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How much do you charge for your services?
I charge an hourly rate of $40 CAD, which covers the cost of business and personal essentials and subscriptions. However, if you require a specific budget for your project, I am more than happy to negotiate a fair estimated price to ensure a win-win for both the designer and
the client!
How many revisions can you do for my project?
I am happy to accomplish up to a maximum of three (3) revisions for your project. If you wish for further refinements, I will require a $20 CAD fee per additional revision, which will be included in the final invoice.
I need my project to be completed by a specific deadline. Can you do it?
With three years of experience, I can complete multiple creative tasks in a timely matter, successfully meeting tight deadlines. Depending on the project and the specific deadline,
I will strive to complete the project by your preferred time frame. I strongly recommend that clients plan ahead to avoid last-minute urgent jobs that need to be completed. Otherwise,
I will require a 15% fee for emergency projects.
We are from outside of Canada, can you still do business with us?
Although I am based in Toronto, ON, Canada, I am happy to do business with both local, national and international clients. As long as we are a great match for each other!
Do you have a preferred payment method?
Currently, I prefer to be paid through e-transfer, bank transfer or PayPal. Local clients can
also pay with cash. However, I am flexible to other payment methods which we can discuss together.
